3D-Printed Wheel Set (Sagged) for GAZ Tiger v1 by Meng

To make your GAZ Tiger model truly convincing, we conducted a detailed study of the actual wheels used on this armored vehicle — reviewing photos, blueprints, and available physical references. This allowed us to recreate them with maximum accuracy: every detail, curve, and imperfection closely reflects the real-life design.

3D printing enables a level of detailing that is impossible to achieve with standard rubber wheels. The result? A significantly more realistic appearance on your finished model — with a lifelike look, a sense of mass and weight, and finely detailed tread and sidewall textures.

This is more than a parts upgrade — it’s a new level of realism that transforms your model into a miniature replica of the real armored vehicle.

Spare Wheel

The GAZ Tiger spare wheel is mounted on the rear C18 part. Before installation, the existing mounting cylinders on that part must be removed.

GAZ Tiger — All-Terrain Armored Vehicle of the Aggressor State

The GAZ Tigr is a multi-purpose 4×4 armored vehicle developed in the aggressor state and adopted into service in 2006. It is intended for troop transport and reconnaissance missions and features high off-road capability, a rugged structure, and various armor and weapon configurations — including the Arbalet-DM remote weapon station. It is used by the armed forces of the aggressor state and has been exported to more than 16 countries. The vehicle has seen active use in Syria and during the war in Ukraine.

Thanks to its modularity and ability to operate in extreme conditions, the Tigr serves as a highly versatile platform for modern ground operations.

Wheel Installation

The wheels are installed without modification onto the standard mounting points of parts E2 and E19.
We recommend lightly sanding the contact points where supports were removed using fine-grit sandpaper for a clean finish.
