            M1 \/ M114 155 mm Howitzer \u2014 American Medium Field Howitzer<\/h3>\n

            The M1 155 mm Howitzer, redesignated as the M114 in 1962, was one of the most successful American medium field artillery pieces of the Second World War and the Cold War.
